1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the jya777 website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated under the domain jya777.bio. "Member" refers to any individual who has completed registration on the Platform. "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Member. "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole functional currency of the Platform. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required by jya777 prior to processing withdrawals.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. jya777 reserves the right to update definitions as the platform evolves, with notice provided via the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open a jya777 account and participate in any games or sports betting markets, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jya777 enforces a strict minimum age requirement in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to Bangladeshi players.
• You are registering voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been excluded from gambling platforms by your own request or by regulatory action.
• You do not have an existing active or suspended jya777 account.
• The information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and payment method details — is accurate, current, and complete.

jya777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Providing false registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your jya777 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are your sole responsibility. You must:

• Keep your login details confidential and not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Notify jya777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never permit another individual to use your account, even a family member or close associate.

jya777 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any wagers placed using your credentials are treated as authorised by you, regardless of who actually placed them, unless you have reported a security breach in advance of the wager being settled.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jya777 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer.

All deposits are credited to your jya777 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jya777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus balance must be fulfilled before that portion of the balance can be withdrawn.

jya777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which jya777 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

jya777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and tournament prizes to eligible Members. All promotional offers are governed by these general terms and any specific promotion-level terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution percentages are displayed in the relevant promotion details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time limit stated at the point of issue. Expired bonuses are voided without compensation.

jya777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Member has an active bonus balance, the Member will be given reasonable notice to complete any applicable wagering requirement.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the jya777 sportsbook and all wagers placed in the jya777 casino are final once confirmed by the platform. The following rules apply to all game types:

• Cricket and Sports Betting: Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international matches). In the event of a postponement or abandonment, void rules apply as stated in the individual market terms.
• Live Casino: All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events (card draws, roulette spins) in real time and are final. Technical disconnections do not constitute grounds for dispute unless a system error on jya777's infrastructure caused the disconnection.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jya777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors in odds, or any technical glitch to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to predetermine the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple instances of a welcome or first-deposit bonus.
• Using funds that originate from illegal activity to make deposits on the jya777 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or withdrawal request.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jya777 staff via any communication channel.

jya777 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jya777's decision on the appropriate action is final. Members may submit a formal written dispute to [email protected] within 14 days of any enforcement action.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jya777 platform — including but not limited to the jya777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and software — is the intellectual property of jya777 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jya777 content without prior written authorisation from jya777.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jya777's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jya777 will not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from any interruption to the platform caused by factors outside jya777's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if jya777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain account security as required under Clause 3 of this Agreement.

11 Privacy and Data Use

jya777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a jya777 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jya777 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict internal access controls to personal data at rest. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your jya777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any verified balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks.

jya777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• Prohibited conduct under Clause 7 is identified or suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A regulatory obligation or law enforcement directive requires such action.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months and carries a zero balance.

Where an account is closed by jya777 due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. jya777 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the affected Member in writing within 30 days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jya777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via a notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the jya777 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jya777 operates. In the event of a dispute between a Member and jya777, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith written communication submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, jya777 operates a formal complaints procedure. Written complaints should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]" and will receive a substantive written response within 14 business days.
